Hoo-design.shop uses UPS ground shipping for all domestic orders. International orders are sent with the postal service or DHL. Hoo-design.shop Custom Decks take 1-3 days to produce, ground shipping takes 2-5 days. If you would like express shipping you can select it during checkout. International shipping varies, but usually takes around 2-3 weeks.

Skateboards are manufactured of sheets of laminated wood and can break under stress. Skateboard decks are not warranted and cannot be completely guaranteed by the manufacturers. Therefore, Hoo-design.shop does not allow any returns on broken or cracked skateboard decks.

However, Hoo-design.shop will replace skateboard decks under the following circumstances:
* Skateboard was printed incorrectly. If the skateboard received by the customer does not match the design preview on the website, the skateboard will be considered as printed incorrectly. A perfect color match cannot be guaranteed since all computer monitors do not display colors in the same way.
* Skateboard deck is returned within 30 days of receipt
* Skateboard is still in shrinkwrap and un-skated
* Skateboard grip tape has not been applied
* Skateboard trucks, bolts, or stickers have not been applied

Caring for your skateboard deck properly can significantly extend its lifespan and maintain its performance. Here are some care instructions:

Avoid Moisture: Keep your skateboard deck away from moisture, water, and damp environments. Exposure to moisture can cause the wood to warp and weaken.

Store Indoors: Store your skateboard indoors, in a cool and dry place. Avoid leaving it in extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or humid conditions.

Clean Regularly: Use a soft cloth or brush to regularly remove dirt, debris, and sand from the deck's surface. Cleaning helps prevent abrasion and maintains the grip tape's effectiveness.

Avoid Impact: While skateboards are designed for tricks and stunts, avoiding unnecessary impact and excessive stress can prolong the life of your deck. Landing heavily or consistently on the tail or nose can cause cracking.

Replace Griptape: If your grip tape starts to wear out or lose its grip, consider replacing it. A fresh grip tape enhances your control and safety.

Inspect for Damage: Regularly inspect your deck for signs of cracks, chips, or delamination (separation of layers). Replace the deck if you notice any significant damage.

Protect the Graphics: If you're concerned about preserving the graphics on your deck, consider using clear grip tape or applying a clear deck protector.

Avoid Excessive Heat: High temperatures can weaken the glue holding the layers of your deck together. Avoid leaving your skateboard in hot environments like the trunk of a car on a hot day.

Avoid Jumping Puddles: Skateboard decks are not designed for water exposure. Avoid riding through puddles, wet surfaces, or leaving your deck out in the rain.

Regularly Tighten Hardware: Check and tighten the hardware (screws) that hold your trucks to the deck. Loose hardware can affect your riding performance.

Proper Storage: When not in use, you can store your skateboard deck horizontally or vertically. Avoid stacking heavy objects on top of it.

Remember that skateboard decks are subject to wear and tear over time, especially with regular use for tricks and rides.
