REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Item return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Because our items are custom made to order at the time the order is placed, certain conditions apply.
The returns are accepted in 2 cases only:
For apparel items, size exchanges are accepted only if you received the wrong size
you should first pre-qualify and send us a picture of proof showing the product as well as the size label and QR Code label of the product.
- You will be able to decide if you wish a replacement or refund
Returns are also accepted if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic , damaged or defective item, send us photos please as soon as possible)

After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN?
Our returns are no longer free.
Please use a carrier that will give you a "Certificate of Postage" as the package is your responsibility until we receive it. Send your return to the below address.
If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 72 hours of the item being delivered to your address.WHEN WILL THE REFUND BE ISSUED?
Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. This is usually between 9-13 days depending on your chosen method of return. Please check your tracking from your chosen carrier. We will email you once we have processed your return.
Please allow up to 5 days for the amount to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.
Accepted refunds will be processed directly via your payment method
(i.e. same card, Paypal)
